Products and Services

We at BlindsDxB offer custom window blinds and window curtains in Dubai. All of our products are subject to availability. The product prices may change without notice. Your orders are confirmed based on receipt of full payment. We have reserved the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout and are based on your location. We provide you with an estimated delivery time but not guaranteed. BlindsDxB is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations & Returns

Refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Products that are custom-made or made-to-measure can only be refunded if they are defective. Standard items can be sent back within 14 days as long as they are in their original packaging, with the customer covering the cost of return shipping.

Liability

BlindsDxB will not be held liable for any damages, including indirect or incidental damages, resulting from using our products or services.
